Michael Follrad is a dedicated public adjuster with over a decade of experience in claims management, ensuring policyholders receive fair settlements for their insurance claims. As a Tampa Partner at Region Adjusting, he has successfully handled over 5,000 claims in his career, helping clients recover millions of dollars from losses caused by hurricanes, fires, floods, hail, and other covered perils. Before entering the public adjusting field, Michael built a career as a successful entrepreneur. He was the Owner and Operator of First Option Marketing and Advertising, served as Vice President for AS Marketing, and later founded Future Solar LLC, a solar engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company when moving to Florida.  His expertise in business development and customer service has been instrumental in his approach to advocating for policyholders.

Michael’s journey began with his service in the United States Army from 2003 to 2009, where he was part of the elite Eagle Team QRF during Operation Iraqi Freedom and EIF operations. Over the course of 550+ combat missions, he earned multiple commendations, including the Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, and Iraqi Campaign Medal along with other awards, and certifications. He was honorably discharged and now is a 100% rated disabled veteran.

Following his military service, Michael pursued business administration studies at Indiana University, earning 86 credit hours. After his junior year in college, his professor encouraged him to concentrate on business rather than studies as he explained “you’re already doing what all these kids are here to learn” Michaels leadership skills, resilience, and commitment to service continue to drive his success in the public adjusting industry. 

A resident of Wesley Chapel, Florida, Michael is a devoted husband to his wife, Natalie, and a proud father of four children—(24) Ludovick, (23) Matthew, (20) Alyssa, and (10) Mikayla. In his free time, he enjoys playing poker, fishing, and spending time with his family and their two dogs, Kobe and Coco.
